La photographie est l'art de mettre en lumière.
Adolescente, en fouillant dans une boite à chaussures, j’ai trouvé un bout d’essaie noir et blanc. Un morceau de visage floue, magnifique, irréel. Ce jour là, j’ai su que je voulais être photographe.
J’ai quitté le cursus classique de l’enseignement en 1992, pour rentrer en apprentissage durant trois ans au Studio Angéli (France 28). J’y ai apprit l’art du portrait sous l’égide des deux portraitistes de France. Mon diplôme d’apprenti sera valorisé par le 1er prix d’apprenti régional.
De 1992 à 2006, Indépendante, je collabore avec la presse, les théâtres et salles de spectacles, dans la publicité, la mode. J’aurais pendant quelques années, une entreprise de photographie sociale.
Le numérique est un virage important et m’amène à la photographie plasticienne, à laquelle je me consacre pendant dix ans.
En 2020, après un retrait de quelques années pour développer d’autres facettes artistiques, je reviens à la photographie. Je retourne à l’essentiel de ma pratique et développe mes propres projets, avec une écriture humaniste et documentaire.
La photographie est pour moi, l’art de mettre en lumière l’âme humaine. Elle permet, sans un mot, de raconter des histoires qui touchent à l’essentiel.
Teenager, by searching in a shoe-box, I found a piece of a black and white try. A piece of a blurry face, wonderful, unreal. This day, I knew that I wanted to be a photographer.
I leaved the classical curriculum education in 1992 to begin as an apprentice at the Studio Angéli (France, 28) for three years. There, I learned the art of portrait under the aegis of two portraitists from France. My apprentice diploma will be valued by the regional apprentice’s 1st price.
From 1992 to 2006, independent, I collaborate with the press, theaters and concert halls, in the publicity and the fashion. For a few years, I’d have a social photography company.
The digital is an important turn and lead me to plastic photography, to which I devote myself for ten years.
In 2020, after a few years retirement to develop others artistic facets, I return to photography. I get back to the essential of my practice and develop my own projects, with a humanist and documentary writing.
Photography is, for me, the art of enlightening human soul. It permits, without a word, to tell stories that touch the essential.
